Welcome to Book My Cab (headquartered in Virat Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow). By accessing our website, booking our vehicles, or utilizing our transportation services (including local, corporate, wedding, outstation, and airport/railway transfers), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. General & Booking Services

  • Acceptance of Terms: Your use of Book My Cab services constitutes your agreement to all terms, conditions, and notices stated herein.
  • Booking Confirmation: Bookings can be made via phone (9250637971), email (Bookmycab.work@gmail.com), or our official website. A booking is considered confirmed once verified and acknowledged by our team.
  • Accurate Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup/drop-off locations, contact details, and travel schedules. Book My Cab will not be liable for delays or missed trips resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.

2. Fares, Payments & Billing

  • Transparent Pricing: Our fares are calculated based on the chosen service package, distance, vehicle type, and duration. Toll taxes, state taxes, parking fees, and night-halt charges (if applicable) are extra unless explicitly stated otherwise in your package.
  • Payment Terms: Payments must be cleared as per the agreed-upon terms (advance payment, cash to the driver, or online transfer). Failure to clear dues may result in service cancellation or additional delay charges.
  • Extra Usage: Any usage beyond the pre-booked hours or kilometers will be charged extra according to our standard rate card.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

  • Prohibited Items: Carrying illegal substances, weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials in our cabs is strictly prohibited.
  • Vehicle Care: Passengers are expected to maintain cleanliness inside the vehicle. Smoking, drinking alcohol, or consuming illegal items inside the cab is strictly forbidden.
  • Liability for Damage: Any damage caused to the vehicle interior or exterior by the passenger or their guests will incur repair or cleaning charges payable immediately by the customer.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellation charges may apply depending on how close to the departure time the cancellation is requested.
  • No-Show Policy: If the passenger fails to show up at the designated pickup point within a reasonable waiting time after the scheduled pickup, it will be treated as a “no-show,” and applicable cancellation or retention charges will apply.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Book My Cab shall not be held liable for delays, missed connections, or failure to fulfill services due to acts of God, severe weather conditions, heavy traffic congestion, civil unrest, mechanical breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Personal Belongings: Passengers are solely responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. While our drivers take utmost care, Book My Cab is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to items left behind in the vehicle.

6. Modifications to Terms

Book My Cab reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
