Refund Policy

At Book My Cab (headquartered in Virat Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow), we are dedicated to providing transparent, fair, and reliable service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed for payments made toward our local, corporate, wedding, outstation, and airport/railway transfer services.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Eligible Cancellations: Refunds are applicable only to bookings that have been cancelled in accordance with our official Cancellation Policy (e.g., timely cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time).
Advance Payments: If you paid an advance online and your cancellation qualifies under our free-cancellation window, your refund request will be successfully processed.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Last-minute cancellations made less than the required notice period before the scheduled pickup time.
“No-Show” situations where the passenger fails to arrive at the designated pickup point within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice.
Cancellations arising due to incorrect information (such as wrong pickup addresses or flight/train numbers) provided by the user.
Disputes regarding service quality or minor delays caused by unavoidable circumstances such as severe traffic congestion, weather events, or road blockages beyond our control.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Approval: Once your cancellation request is verified and approved by our support team, the refund process is initiated immediately.
Credit Timeframe: Approved refunds are typically credited back to the original source of payment (bank account, UPI, or credit/debit card) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on bank and payment gateway processing times.

4. Service Disruptions by Book My Cab

In the rare event that Book My Cab is forced to cancel a confirmed booking due to unexpected internal constraints, mechanical failure, or emergency conditions, a 100% full refund of any advance payment made will be processed immediately to your account.
